Terms and Conditions

The agreement with these Terns and Conditions (abbrevated as “Terms“) is made between you who register, access, or use our Services, and Deepsim Intelligence Technology Inc. (abbrevated as “Deepsim“) .

1. Accounts

You need register an account no matter for teaching or learning on the platform. You ae responsible  for all activities concerning your account usage, and you should keep your account password and all other information safely. You account is only used for yourself,  and you may noy share your account with others. If you suspect or find someone else is using your account, you should change your password immediately, or let us know by contacting our Support Team through Contact us page or by the Email: support@deepsim.institute directly. You must have reached the age of consent for online services in your country to use Deepsim.

2. Enrollment and Access

When you enroll in a course or other content, it means that you have obtained a license from us to view it via the Deepsim Services and no other use. You should not distribute the content to others and transfer or resell content in any way. We generally grant you a lifetime access license, except when we must disable the content because of legal or policy reasons or for enrollments via Subscription Plans.

3. Payments and Refunds

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid and legal payment method. If you aren’t satified with the content you paid, we offers you a 30-day refund or credit for most content purchases.

4. Content and Behavior Rules

You can only use our platform for lawful purposes, and you’re responsible for all the content that you post on our platform. You should keep the reviews, questions, posts, courses and other content you upload in line with the law, and respect the intellectual property rights of others. We can ban your account for repeated or major offenses. If you think someone is infringing your copyright on our platform, let us know.

5. Content and Behavior Rules

6. Content Copyright

The copyright of all the content you post on our platform are owned by you. You can only use our platform for lawful purposes, and you’re responsible for all the content that you post on our platform. If you think someone is infringing your copyright on our platform, let us know.

7. Deepsim's Rights

When you post on content on our platform, you offer us the right to share your content to anyone through any media, including promoting it via advertising on other websites. We are allowed to adjust the content prices based on promotion and markting requirements. We keep the right to remove you content from our platform if the content is detected repeated or major offenses, 

8. Binding Agreement

You agree that by registering, accessing, or using our Services, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with Deepsim. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register, access, or otherwise use any of our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to resolve disputes with Deepsim through binding arbitration rather than the court.
