Yes, you can apply for a total refund for a course which is enrolled within 30 days. Unfortunately, you cannot get any refund if the course enroll period is longer than 30 days.
Yes, you will get an completion certificate to prove your completion of that course by email.
Most instructors add supplemental resources to their lectures, like PDFs, source code, or links as a means to enhance your learning experience of the course. These resources can be downloaded to your computer. However, the course videos are not allowed to download.
You just need register a instructor account via registration menu. It usually take 1-2 days to process your application.
There is no any fee to be an instructor on our platform. But instructors are paid according to a revenue share model.
Yes, you are free to choose the topic you are interested to teach on our platform . You are the experts for your topic.
Your course must have at least 30 minutes of video content and at least 3 lectures or learning sections. We also have a Quality Review Process to ensure your course videos meet good quality.
You can use PayPal, Stripe, Wise transfer, or direct deposit to receive their payments. You get paid on a monthly basis on 6-8th of each month. But the first payment will be received in two months because of the 30 days refund policy.
